Read only access by groups

I know about the possibility to make Web console Read-Only. I wonder is there
an opportunity to make read only access based on group membership either to
operator or web console.

Hello Khalatnikov,

To make a read only web console, you need to make a copy of the console and
perform steps as described at the following URL.

To make a read-only Operator Console is not possible. You can use built in
security to limit some rights, such as 'MOM Users' membership does not allow
execution of runtime tasks, but not strictly read-only roles. See MOM Security
Guide for descriptions of rights of built-in groups.

Read-only options are coming in SCOM 2007 (MOMv3).
