Hi everybody,

I have SCOM 2007 monitoring 28 servers locally, and i've 12 other domains in
the forest, every doain is in different country, due to budget restrection
i'm not able to install Management server in every country, i now want only
to monitor 3 servers of those in every country, i thought of having one
server in every territory as Agent Managed acting as a proxy and other 2
servers agentless reporting to my current central location through that
Agent managed server, now i never had the discover wizard working for me, i
usually run it for days with no result :-) now, is there any other way i can
configure proxy and agentless servers model?

Hello Edgar,

When you run the discovery wizard, and select agentless, you can select a
agent to be the proxy machine. But, if you have bandwitdth enough and is
allowed to install the agent I would really recomment you to use agent manged
on all your agents. It gives you much more features then agentless.
